Sky Connect

Sky Connect is an end-to-end UX project designed for an in-flight entertainment (IFE) system focused on improving the passenger experience throughout the air travel journey. By applying user-centered research, and iterative prototyping, I created an intuitive solution that simplifies complex travel workflows.
